Ingredient

4 filets 

mignon (140-160g/ filet)

kosher salt

2 tbsps 

olive oil

ground black pepper

4 tbsps 

butter

1 tbsp 

chopped rosemary

How to do

Preheat your oven to 140oC. Season the filets with salt and ground black pepper as taste on both sides.

In a large skillet pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add filets and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the filets and then add butter, rosemary. Cook for 3-4 minutes. After that, transfer the skillet pan to the oven. Cook the filets for 5 minutes.

Check the filets if they're done. If not, you can cook for one or two minutes additionally. And then take the pan out. Wait for some minutes before serving.
