Ingredient

4 skinless salmon fillets

3 tablespoons bourbon

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

3 tablespoons brown sugar

How to do

Combine bourbon, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice, and brown sugar to a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to the bag. Marinate the bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Lay the mixture of salmon on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until the salmon becomes tender. Turn the broiler on in your oven. Spread the remaining glaze in the zip bag on the top of the salmon. Cook in 30 seconds. Remove from the oven.
